Shipping policy

Production & dispatch:

• Standard prints dispatch within a few days; most orders leave within 4 weeks.
• Customers receive tracking on dispatch.

Regional delivery times (from dispatch):

• UK, Germany, EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: 6–10 working days
• United States & Canada: 6–10 working days
• Rest of World: 6–15 working days

Total order-to-doorstep time (production + shipping):

• Standard prints, UK/EU customer: ~7–15 working days
• Bespoke framed, Rest of World customer: ~15–25 working days

Packaging:

• Prints ship flat in an envelope or rolled in a tube, depending on size and region.

Large or framed pieces (over 40″ × 30″):

• Available for courier delivery or collection only; custom shipping can be arranged.

Damaged prints in transit:

• Replacements are available if damage occurs during shipping (shipping insurance covers this; images or video of damage may be required).
